CME Corporation has been selected as general contractor for Community Harvest Food Bank’s south building renovation project. The project – at 999 East Tillman Road in Fort Wayne – involves interior and exterior renovation work. Construction should be completed by Spring 2012. Design Collaborative is the architect for the project.

CME Corporation has been selected as general contractor for the build out of the new Apricot Lane Boutique at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio. Construction of the approximately 2,000 sf suite is expected to be completed by mid-November. CME Corporation is the design-builder for the Phase III expansion of Nemcomed

CME Corporation is the design-builder for the Phase III expansion of Nemcomed, the Fort Wayne (IN) based manufacturer of orthopedic implants and instruments. CME also served as the design-builder for the initial building (2006) and first expansion (2010).

Cooper Farms selects CME Corporation

Cooper Farms has selected CME Corporation as its General Contractor to build a new 7,600 square foot wastewater pretreatment facility at Cooper Farms’ St. Henry, Ohio, operations. Construction will commence in May and will be completed by the end of 2011. MSKTD & Associates of Ohio is the project Architect/Engineer. The project, which will run over one million dollars, will allow Cooper Farms to pretreat wastewater leaving its St. Henry processing facility, reducing the company’s utility costs and lessening the load on the municipal wastewater system.

Cooper Farms is a leading wholesale food supplier, selling a variety of pre-cooked and ready-to-cook turkey products to customers around the United States and in Mexico.
